They are based out of Harvest Time Church in Flint, Texas, where they also serve as assistant administrators and co-founders of Harvest Time School of Ministry, a Bible college dedicated to training the next generation of church leaders.

Pastor Matt is the president and founder of Harvest Time School of Ministry and has hosted over a hundred evangelists. At SENT he shares from the host pastor's chair what makes an evangelist most effective coming in to minister at a church.

Noah and Holly Hatfield are senior pastors of Trinity Assembly of God in Lucas, Texas. Before they pastored, they spent over fifteen years as full-time evangelists on the road, raising their two children out of the truck and fifth wheel they traveled in. They ministered in revivals, camp meetings, conferences, and youth camps, and they know the struggles of this assignment firsthand.

Robbie and Kira Grubbs are full-time missionary evangelists who have carried the Gospel of Jesus across the world, with extensive mission work in many nations. Robbie has been in full-time ministry since he graduated Bible college nearly fifteen years ago, and he carries a unique gift to cultivate the gifts and callings on the lives of young men and women. Sister Kira leads the session set apart for the evangelist wives.

The call on an evangelist is a call on a marriage and a family. While the men gather, Sister Kira Grubbs and Sister Holly Hatfield lead a session made for the wives alone. Both have walked this road, and they speak to it with honesty and grace.
