Is there really no cost?
None. Lodging for both nights, every meal, and airport pickup from DFW are all covered. There is no registration fee.
Who can attend?
SENT is set apart for full-time evangelists and those actively doing the work of the evangelist.
I am flying in. How does travel work?
Fly into DFW and add your flight details on your registration. Plan your arrival between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM on Thursday, and we will meet you and get you to the hotel. We drop you back at DFW at 8:00 AM Saturday, and if you need to leave earlier we will do our best to accommodate you.
Where do I stay?
Your hotel is covered for Thursday and Friday night. The details come with your confirmation.
When does registration close?
Registration ends October 1, 2026. Seats are limited, so the sooner the better.
What is the SENT Directory?
An optional roster we share with pastors and churches looking to host evangelists. You choose whether to be included when you register.
Can my spouse and children come?
Yes, and we would love to have them. Spouses and children are most welcome. We provide nursery care and activities for the children through every session, so you and your spouse can give the weekend your full attention.
